Pick-up
At Nala's, we offer both pickup and drop-off services to ensure your dog's safe arrival at daycare. Our day begins with a secure pickup in our van, equipped with individual crates to ensure your dog travels safely and comfortably to our facility.
Pickup's are between 8am and 9am.
Check-in
Each dog arrives at the daycare were a health check will be conducted upon arrival to ensure they are happy and ready to start the day. New dogs are introduced slowly to our regular dog's before entering the secure field.
Supervised Free Time
Your dogs will enjoy supervised, structured free time in our secure field throughout the day. Dogs may be divided into smaller groups to ensure they have fun safely and fairly.
Settle/Sleep Time
At Nala's, we prioritize downtime for dogs, as rest is crucial for their well-being. We provide comfortable beds and crates, allowing dogs to relax and unwind in a group setting.
Group Walks
During the day each dog will be walked off site of our facility. Our walks are structured, fun and tailored to your dogs requirements. Dogs are grouped appropriately into smaller groups depending on their age, size, compatibility and training needs.
Enrichment and Training
Throughout the day, your dogs will receive individual, breed-specific enrichment, while we also maintain their training and reinforce positive behaviors. Our goal is to send them home happy and fulfilled after a fun and engaging day with us.
Homeward Bound
Before being loaded into the van, each dog will undergo a final check, followed by a wash and dry. We will then safely drop your dog off at home.
Drop homes are between 3pm and 4pm.
